A refundable security deposit is to be paid at the time of delivery.
The amount is 100% refundable once the outfit is returned in its original condition.
Refundable Deposit Amount:
- Bookings up to Rs. 2499 will be charged Rs. 5000 refundable security deposit.
- Bookings from Rs. 2500 up to Rs. 4999 will be charged Rs. 8000 refundable security deposit.
- Bookings from Rs. 5000 up to Rs. 9999 will be charged Rs. 15000 refundable security deposit.
- Bookings from Rs. 10000 up to Rs. 14999 will be charged Rs. 20000 refundable security deposit.
- Bookings from Rs. 15000 up to Rs. 19999 will be charged Rs. 25000 refundable security deposit.
- Bookings from Rs. 20,000 up-to rs. 29999 will be charged Rs. 35,000 refundable security deposit.
- Bookings above Rs. 30,000 will be charged Rs. 50000 refundable security deposit.

Rental duration
Choose 3, 5, 7, or 10 days. Select your event date. We deliver 1–2 days before your event and arrange return pickup the next business day.
Fitting
We custom-fit each size to your measurements. Our stylist will call after booking to take measurements and guide your fit. Minor alterations are included.
Hygiene and care
Every outfit is professionally dry-cleaned and sanitised after each rental. Packed in a sealed garment bag and steam-pressed before dispatch.
Changes or reschedule
Need to change dates or size. Contact us as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may have a fee if close to the event date.
Return pickup
Keep the outfit in the original bag with all pieces. Reverse pickup is arranged for the next business day after your event. Missed pickups may attract a fee.
Payments and deposit
Pay online. You can choose 40% deposit or 100% payment if enabled on the product. Deposits, if applicable, are released after quality check.
